Refund & Guarantee Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If Kinwell isn't saving you time and filling spots within 30 days, you get your money back. No questions asked.

We stand behind our services. This policy outlines how our satisfaction guarantee works and what happens if you need a refund.

1. 30-Day Guarantee — All Plans

Every Kinwell subscription (Starter, Growth, and Complete) includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from your initial signup date. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason within the first 30 days, simply email us and we will issue a full refund.

  • No questions asked.
  • No cancellation fees.
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  1. Email us at hello@kinwell.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your name and the email address associated with your account.
  3. We will confirm your refund within 1 business day.
  4. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always appreciated so we can improve.

3. Monthly Subscriptions (After 30 Days)

After the initial 30-day guarantee period, monthly subscriptions work as follows:

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing us.
  • Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Annual Subscriptions (After 30 Days)

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. After the initial 30-day guarantee period:

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing us.
  • Your subscription will remain active through the end of your 12-month term.
  • Prorated refunds: If you cancel an annual plan after 30 days but before 6 months, we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining months, minus the difference between your annual and monthly rate for months used.
  • After 6 months, no refund is issued, but your subscription remains active through the end of the annual term.

Annual Refund Example

If you subscribed to Growth annually at $697/month (billed as $8,364/year) and cancel after 3 months:

  • 3 months used at monthly rate ($797/month) = $2,391
  • Refund = $8,364 - $2,391 = $5,973

5. Founding Member Pricing

Founding members who enrolled at a discounted rate are subject to the same refund policies above. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies in full. If a founding member cancels and later re-subscribes, they will be charged the standard rate at the time of re-enrollment.

6. What Happens After Cancellation

  • AI agent services will cease at the end of your subscription period.
  • Content generated by our agents during your subscription belongs to you. We will provide final deliverables upon request.
  • Starter tier access (prompts, templates, checklists) ends when your subscription expires.
  • Community access ends when your subscription expires.
  • Your data will be deleted within 90 days per our Privacy Policy.

7. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Services where all deliverables were completed as agreed (e.g., a completed AI Readiness Assessment).
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us. We ask that you reach out to us directly before disputing a charge with your bank.
